Just a quick E Mail to praise the fantastic and most professional job done by both Nicola and Rebbecca in Mary’s absence.
Little did they expect to have to step into the breach at a crucial stage, however, they have both acted in the most professional and mature way to what has been probably one of the worst chains I have had to deal with in my 12 years as an estate agent. From yesterday afternoon when they both became involved we have been updated regularly and have both gone beyond the call of duty in order to satisfy the requirements of both their clients and ourselves.
