Little did they expect to have to step into the breach at a crucial stage, however, they have both acted in the most professional and mature way to what has been probably one of the worst chains I have had to deal with in my 12 years as an estate agent. | With three children in care, trying to maintaining contact with children can be a stressful time for parents.
Clients of GLP Solicitors (Middleton) were allowed just one hour's contact every month, and every request for an extension to the Local Authority was refused.
David Foster, head of Child Card at the Middleton firm, was asked to assist, and advised legal proceedings, taken with the assistance of Legal Help.
"Once we got to court, the Council agreed with the legal representation that the parents could have longer sessions which would lead to them enjoying more quality time with their children.
