GLP Solicitors is proud to confirm that we have once again achieved Lexcel accreditation from the Law Society, and this year’s assessment delivered an exceptional result: zero non-compliances, not even minor ones.
For those unfamiliar, Lexcel is the Law Society’s recognised quality mark for excellence in legal practice management and client care. It is awarded only to firms that can demonstrate the highest standards in areas such as:
- Client care and communication
- File and risk management
- Compliance and regulatory procedures
- Supervision and staff support
- Operational organisation and structures
Lexcel is not a certificate firms receive by default. Each year, accredited practices must undergo a rigorous, independent assessment to prove that their systems and processes continue to meet the required standards.
This year, GLP Solicitors passed with flying colours.
A perfect outcome: Zero non-compliances
Our assessor identified no issues at all with how GLP Solicitors operates. While a couple of sensible suggestions for further improvement were noted (as is standard in any audit), there were no non-compliances, a result that reflects the strength, consistency and reliability of the firm’s internal systems.
This is a rare and significant achievement in Lexcel assessments and is something our entire team is incredibly proud of.
