Neil has practised in injury litigation and criminal injury compensation claims for over 30 years and has received recognition for his work in children’s claims in the UNICEF Child Rights Lawyer Awards.

Neil is a former President of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL) for whom he lectures on a regular basis, and an APIL Brain Injury Accredited Lawyer.

Neil is the one of the most prominent authorities in the profession on Criminal Injury Compensation and personal injury also being an author of legal textbooks and an Updating Editor to a legal service on personal injury law. He gained regularly provides training for local authorities and charities that support victims of crime.
